1. REMEMBER THAT CRACKS ALLOW LIGHT TO COME IN:

If you did not become broken every once in a while, there will be no place for the light to put in your soul. Fundamentally, it can take bad, heart-wrenching experiences for us to see all of the good in the world sometimes, and for us to undergo a transformation of the spirit. If we had encounters all of the time, we'd not have any room to develop and no life experience that could challenge us to become more resilient, more powerful people.

You cannot expect life to give you an easy ride, even if it did, you'd miss out on life experience that would break you open, rip you apart, and reconstruct you into a better version of yourself. 

Many portions of us open up whenever we are feeling broken, so remember this at any time when you feel tired and utterly shattered by life. 

2. REMEMBER TO TAKE AND HONOR YOUR FEELINGS, DON'T FIGHT THEM:

Do not feel bad for having heavy or negative emotions, if you did not, you would not be human. Particular experiences warrant a strong reaction from us, and sometimes that means crying, screaming, falling to our knees, and only accepting the waves of emotions which come over us.

Keeping all this balled up inside will only backfire in the end, so do not ever keep your emotions hidden for fear of other people's reactions. 

Struggling off your emotions will only delay the breakdown, and you will walk you feel the weight of the world on your shoulders. You have to walk to the place in you who harbor these deep emotions, which means you can start to work through them and find out what they want you to take from everything you have been through. 

3. KEEP REMEMBERING YOUR WHY: 

During hardships, we forget what we desire from life at the first place. All of us came here to love with all of our heart and increase the vibration of the planet in unison. Whenever you truly feel broken, you may easily overlook or forget your mission here on Earth, however going through challenging time actually give your goal thickness. If you did not undergo unpleasant experiences, you would not be able to connect with so numerous other individuals on this planet who go through challenging times every day. Maintain your why, in mind, and reflect on how the adverse situations you have encountered permit you to have a well-rounded view and better serve your purpose on Earth.

4. REMEMBER THE FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT ARE THERE FOR SUPPORT:

Whenever you are feeling down and out about lifestyle, your family and friends will comfort you and be your stone whenever you want them. Do not hesitate to ask them for help, because most of us want some assistance whenever we go through a rough patch in life. 

If you seem as a burden on them, just remember all the time you had been there for them, the individuals who care about you'd gladly do the exact same for you. 


5. REMEMBER TO FOCUS ON THE THINGS THAT BRING YOU JOY:

So frequently whenever we feel broken, we concentrate our attention entirely on our despair and forget concerning the things which bring us joy. Get out and take some sunshine, plant a few flowers, ride your bike, catch up with buddies over coffee, or just anything on this Earth which makes your heart light up with joy. Simply because you are feeling broken, does not mean you need to spend every waking moment of your life mulling through your emotions and pour into a sea of chaos.
